We want you to pay only for value you actually receive. This policy explains when purchases are refundable. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.
Subscriptions
- You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access and any remaining tokens until the end of the paid period.
- 14-day guarantee: if you are unhappy with a new subscription, contact us within 14 days of the first payment and we will refund it, provided that period’s included tokens are substantially unused (under ~10%).
- Annual plans: within 14 days of purchase we refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis. After 14 days an annual plan is non-refundable, but you can cancel to stop the next renewal.
Token packs
- Unspent tokens from a one-time purchase are refundable within 14 days, for the pro-rata cash value of the tokens you have not yet used.
- Spent tokens are non-refundable. Rendering a video consumes real third-party compute (AI models, voices, images), so once tokens are used on a delivered job they cannot be refunded.
- Welcome and promotional bonus tokens have no cash value and are never refundable.
EU / EEA right of withdrawal
For consumers in the EU/EEA, digital content and services carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. When you buy tokens you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for any tokens you spend. Tokens you have not spent remain refundable within the 14-day window as described above.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank, we remove the corresponding tokens from your balance. If those tokens have already been spent, your balance is set to zero and your account may be suspended until the dispute is resolved. Please contact us first — we resolve almost every issue faster than a chargeback.
How to request a refund
Email support@clipfoundry.tech from your account email with your invoice or request ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
